How to get your first client

Hey Everyone - I'm an ex realtor turned tech entrepreneur and like most everyone in here I have become obsessed with AI & Automation. Thankfully I came across

@Nate Herk

's youtube back in February and have built off a lot his workflows.

Since I have a deep understanding of what realtors go through I have built most of my workflows surrounding that space. I have started having some discussions with some realtor friends of mine and am ready to start branching out and cold emailing/ dm'ing other realtors.

Does anyone have any advice or insights into how they got their first client? the onboarding they went through? the pitch? etc. etc.

Any help, advice, and insights are appreciated.
