How i'd hit $10k / mo as a complete beginner

I remember starting a couple of years ago, the goal was $10k / mo.

After a few failed business models, I hit the drawing board.

I always knew I wanted to start an agency

and this was around when Chat GPT was first being monetised ...

so I chose AI Agency

BUT the thing was... there was NO clear roadmap for specifically scaling an AI agency to that revenue level.

So I was lost.

I needed some clear steps.

Fast forward a couple of years, I've learnt many lessons along the way.

Quite often... the hard way, through my own experience too. The highs and lows.

From getting ghosted to closing big deals.

So I was thinking the other day... what would I do if I had to start again?

I thought of 9 key things.

And put them into a process that anyone can follow.

Probably the fastest path but also the most achievable for anyone with no experience and minimal skills.

Whilst I was at it, I decided to make a video about it.
