How do you manage multiple Claude accounts in VS Code?

Anyone having this same issue? I'm trying to run agents for my own business and for the company I am working for. Since I use my own computer, I don't know if it's possible to have my own Claude subscription connected and the other company's subscription connected. Sorry if I am not making a lot of sense, I hope someone has solved this for themselves and can give a few tips. TIA!
