How do you find high-quality client opportunities from job posts beyond LinkedIn?

Hey everyone

I'm automating client acquisition by scraping job postings from LinkedIn daily, targeting US-based companies hiring different roles depending on my client needs.

Once qualified, I reach out directly via email—not through Upwork or similar freelance platforms.

But LinkedIn alone doesn't provide enough quality leads. I'm curious—what other sources or job sites do you use to find active job postings suitable for direct email outreach?

Any platforms or strategies you've found effective would be highly appreciated!
