How do you actually monetize Ai?

Hey y'all just finished building my biggest project yet—a voice agent capable of booking appointments for real estate agents—and I started wondering, how do you actually monetize something like this? What would be the Best “system” that would benefit you and the client? Would it be just simply making for example a vapi and make account for each client and give them full ownership of the ai and I just assure that everything works from the background. Or do I go with the full on saas system where the client would need to pay 30$/month for example. Curious to know what do you guys use and your feedback!
