How are you all building your cold outreach lists in 2026?

Curious what workflows people here are actually using for outbound prospecting.

I've tried Apollo, Lusha, and a few others, but the cost adds up fast, especially when you're running campaigns for multiple clients. Started building my own internal tool to pull targeted lists, and it's changed how I approach this completely.

What's your current stack? Are you buying lists, scraping, using a database tool, or something else entirely? And how do you quality check emails before sending? Are you verifying or just accepting the bounce rate?

Would love to compare notes, especially from anyone running high-volume outbound.
