Holiday Call Agent Troubles
Happy holidays everyone!
Ive been playing around with VAPI, specifically the handoff tool. When I do use it, eg transfer from main agent to customer support agent, when the person speaks to the cust. support agent, the voice is muffled and slow. The main agent is fine, but the voice is not good for the second agent after the handoff process.
How did you guys go about fixing that? Thanks!
