[Hiring] DM Setter – Outbound (AI Automation Agency)

We’re an AI Automation Agency called AI MAX, and we’re looking for someone who can book meetings through DM outreach.

What you’ll do:

• Outbound DM outreach

• Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Reddit & Skool communities

• Start conversations and set qualified meetings

Compensation:

• Initially on per closed deal

• $50 per closed deal

• After hitting KPIs → Pay per appointment + commissions

Who this is for:

• People experienced in DM outreach / appointment setting

• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers

• Able to generate consistent meetings
