(Hiring) AI Automations & Agent Developer (Minimum 6-Figures)

We run a 7-figure coaching company with a strong reputation building AI tools for thousands of marketers.
We have a big roadmap ahead and we need more talent.
So we're hiring for someone who's skilled in using things like Claude Code, OpenClaw and other AI tools to build apps, agents and more.
Here's what matters most:
We're optimizing for RESOURCEFULNESS above everything else.
Experience is great. But honestly, we care more about speed and execution.
If you're the type who has an insane natural curiosity about this stuff... if you want to work really hard and learn really fast... if you can figure things out without needing everything handed to you... then keep reading.
We believe everything is learnable right now. Especially with these tools.
What's NOT learnable is that drive. That hunger. That ability to just MOVE when something needs to get done.
That's what we're looking for.
What we're building:
We're creating workflows for creative strategists and marketers.
Applications that handle copy, image, and video processes.
Agent architectures using Claude Code and OpenClaw.
RAG databases that make complex work simpler.
Tools that thousands of people rely on every day.
This is real production work. Not experiments.
What you'll be doing:
Building with Claude Code, OpenClaw, and whatever else gets the job done.
Designing agent systems and applications that solve actual problems.
Working with a dedicated team of four other builders who are all pushing hard.
Shipping fast. Learning fast. Moving fast.
You're joining people who want to push the boundaries of what's possible with this technology.
Who we're looking for:
Someone insanely resourceful who can figure things out on their own.
Someone with serious work ethic who wants to develop their skills quickly.
Someone who thrives in high-accountability, fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Claude Code, OpenClaw, building applications, and agent architecture is important.
Experience making things safe and secure is a plus.
Marketing experience helps but isn't required.
But again... resourcefulness is the most key skill we're optimizing for.
