Help starting out
bit of a dilemma and wanted to get some outside opinions
so im just starting out in AI automation, voice agents are my main thing right now but im thinking maybe i should have a wider range of services from the start — lead gen, workflow automations, whatever a business needs basically
my thinking is that going in with more to offer gives me a better shot at landing clients since not everyone needs a voice agent
but idk maybe thats spreading myself too thin early on
what did you guys do when you were starting out? focus on one thing or go broad?
