Grateful for the BITSER Framework I Learned Here

Quick shout-out to @Frank for sharing the Amsterdam BITSER framework with me inside this community.

I’d never seen it used or even heard about it here in the U.S., but it’s a wonderful system. The idea of moving people from “Be Known” all the way to “Referrals” in six clear steps really clicked for me.

I’ve started applying it to my Tax Logic system for CRE brokers (cost segregation + tax-savings tear sheets in their OMs), and it’s helping me organize my outreach and offers much more clearly.

Curious how others here are structuring their client journeys – do you use a framework like this or something different?
