Do you need a "mental reset"?
Do we really need a "mental reset"? So, since I've made the decision about four months ago to lock in on producing something of value by next year using AI automation/workflows, I have found that any time I'm just sitting there not working towards my goal is wasted time to me. Even when I'm at the gym doing cardio, I have some sort of goal-related (typically AI related) video playing on my phone, while others are listening to music. It's been like this for months for me.
For instance, this weekend I went north to camp with some family/friends who live up there. I really enjoyed it, but anytime we weren't actively doing something, I wanted to grab my laptop and get to work. I found myself reading articles instead of engaging in conversation, and trying to thumb through AI Automation Society, or another Skool, instead of watching the football game. While others talked about old times, other people, etc, I was thinking about what I need to do next, how I get to this next point, what steps need to be taken, and in what order, etc...
Does anyone else find themselves like this? Do you need a "mental reset"? If you do, is it just for a few hours or a long weekend? Or do you find yourself like me, just wanting to get back to improving, learning, and growing?
