Do you have a client criteria. I mean an actual process you follow which leads you to take a decision to refuse a client or accept him.
I've seen that sometimes taking a new client is a wrong move , if they are not a good fit. Even if you try to make it perfect , their look and mentality can make a project a nighmare , so you have to sort them out somehow.
