Just improved my dental clinic automation in n8n with some key features:
- The agent now handles voice messages and groups “split messages” from patients, replying only once.
- Switched to the official WhatsApp API, which lets me run real tests with an active number.
- After collecting all info, the agent updates a Google Sheet and automatically sends a summary to the receptionist’s WhatsApp.
It started as a simple prototype, but now it feels much more robust and closer to real-world use.
