Day 3 was Skills, so I built the one I needed most: video-ads-creation.

I type "make me 5 video ads" and it runs the whole pipeline end to end:

🎯 picks 5 distinct angles, one per ad

🎬 pulls the right talking-head clips and b-roll from my Google Drive

✍️ writes the hooks and CTA (fact-checked against my real offers)

🔥 burns in subtitles and overlays, renders each ad with ffmpeg

✅ QA-checks duration, audio and the hook frame before delivery 📁 drops the finished 9:16 ads into a versioned folder

One optimization after watching it work: my first batch looked great, except the headline was sitting right across the founder's face on the seated shots. I watched one render, spotted it, and changed the skill so the hook defaults to the empty wall zone above the head, with a per-ad override. Every ad instantly looked pro.
