Cold Emails

Question, has anyone used any of the cold email services? I'm ready to start doing this from scratch...like downloading lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and then using sites like Apollo, Hunter.io, etc. to verify and send cold emails.

But I wonder if rather than go through all those steps myself, if it would be better to use a service that will do all that for you or somehow provide the right traffic to your website?

If anyone has experience with either of these methods I would be interested in hearing from you. Thanks.
