Cold email ain't easy...

My numbers:

Cold emails sent: 212

Replies: 0

Calls booked: 0

Deals closed: 0

Revenue: 0

Main issue: Volume

I need to be at 600+ emails per week to properly test and generate enough data.

Next week I’ll have 4 inboxes live, which should bring me to around 500 emails per week. The week after that I’ll add one more inbox and hit 625 per week.

Right now the focus is improving the offer so the ICP actually wants to reply. Once we get replies coming in, then it’s about optimizing for booked meetings.
