Claude.mds in a corporate structure? 👀

I've been building a webapp with in Claude Cowork in a Project and its been an INSANE experience. The app looks excatly what i wanted it to look like and I've learned a lot (Im not technical). Im getting ready to start doing content online so i set up a new project on cowork and called it Marketing.

I asked my webapp project to create a prompt for Marketing project and I've realized i essensially have two agents: One developed the app, the other one is helping me with the marketing side of things. So essensially a CTO and a CMO.

Is this a viable efficient way to work? Having a separate Claude.md, each having the context they need to specialize in particular "role" of the company?

I feel like is working great. Even thought of creating subagents within those projects with even more specialized tasks (like copywritting, or research, or content generation, etc).

Thoughts? Am I reinventing a wheel? Is this an old wheel (meaning is this something that worked but not anymore? lol
