I’m trying to figure out the best way to roll it out internally for marketing team.
Main thing I’m struggling with is how to handle shared work + backups properly. We have a Synology NAS and M365/SharePoint, so infra is there, but I’m wondering what actually works in real life.
Did you manage to keep one shared Claude Code environment/history/files without things breaking when multiple people worked at once? And how did you solve backups for .claude/, sessions, agents, etc. In easy way because they are non-technical?
Would really appreciate any lessons learned and advice 🙏
