Hello everyone,
I’ve been researching SEO agencies for over a few months, and my background is also in SEO. As an SEO specialist, I conducted market research and spoke to several people. Most of them mentioned that proving ROI is the biggest challenge for their businesses.
I’ve done some further research and found that the founder’s bottleneck is the real problem, and it is because of so many reasons. And one of the main problems for them is proving ROI for clients. I can address a small part of it by creating an automation workflow to help them save 10-20 hours each month. Since this is just a small part of a larger problem, that’s the founder’s bottleneck. I’m undecided whether to tackle this small problem first or develop a methodology to solve the founder bottleneck entirely before reaching out.
