ChatGPT API Problems

I've been having issues the past couple of days with any tool that I use saying "429 You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details. For more information on this error".

I took a look and it seems they've been having compliance API ingestion delays, and just wanted to make sure this is why I'm having this problem. Appreciate this community and I'm almost done with the classroom. This is just hindering my progress. Thanks guys.
