Built a production-ready agentic workflow (HTML-only mode)
Hey everyone 👋
I just finished building and testing a production-ready agentic workflow designed for real business use — not a demo script, not a one-off automation.
In this run, I intentionally used HTML-only mode (no AI extraction enabled) to prove one thing:the workflow is robust even without AI.
What it already does end-to-end:
  • Automatically visits competitor websites
  • Handles redirects, pagination, and browser automation
  • Detects pricing and contact pages via HTML parsing
  • Saves checkpoints to resume safely if interrupted
  • Exports clean, structured data to CSV
  • Syncs results directly into Google Sheets
Even without AI, it produces actionable signals (pricing presence, contact availability, resolved domains) in minutes.
When AI extraction is enabled, the same pipeline enriches the data with:
  • Value propositions
  • Pricing models
  • Target audience insights
No architectural changes needed — AI is just an upgrade layer.
I’m sharing this because I’m currently looking to:
  • apply this to a real business use case
  • adapt it for lead generation, market research, or internal ops
  • work with 1–2 clients who need reliable data workflows (not fragile scripts)
If you have:
  • a repetitive data problem
  • messy sources that need structuring
  • or a workflow that currently breaks too often
Happy to explore a paid pilot or build a custom version for your use case.Feel free to comment or DM 👋
