I stopped opening tabs. My whole working day now starts and ends in Claude Code.

What my AI OS runs today:

Context that compounds — it knows me, my consulting business (Madiba), and every client/project in its own file. New sessions start already briefed.
One source of truth for tasks — Notion holds the backlog; my day opens with /apertura (calendar + inbox + backlog → today's focus) and closes with /cierre (full sync, decisions logged).
Real connections, not demos — Gmail, Calendar, Google Sheets, scrapers. Last week: 10,601 real estate agencies pulled into my CRM sheet in one run.
A skill that learned my voice — it drafts my emails, cover letters and posts, and updates itself every time it sees me edit a draft.
Nothing lives only on my Mac — every close commits and pushes the whole OS to a private GitHub repo. The system survives my laptop.

Built on one principle: AI decides, deterministic scripts execute. Boring is beautiful.
