🔥 We often focus only on technical skills, but a mismatch in culture or soft skills can make or break a hire.
So I built this workflow:
1️⃣ Candidate’s interview transcript is uploaded
2️⃣ AI performs sentiment + soft skill analysis
3️⃣ AI predicts a cultural fit score
4️⃣ Saves the report to Google Sheets
5️⃣ HR gets an email with results instantly
⚡ This way, cultural alignment is measured just like technical skills.
