Biggest challenge when it comes to getting clients via cold email
If you do cold email to sign AAA clients then your likely struggling becuase there’s no actual campaign behind it.
I used to just:
- scrape some leads
- write a quick email
- send it out
and hope it landed.
No real thought behind:
- who it’s for
- what angle I’m taking
- why they’d even reply
so yeah… barely got responses.
Once I actually started planning it properly, replies became way more consistent.
I wrote a quick breakdown of how I think about it now — mostly from mistakes I made early on so you don’t end up sending a bunch of emails that were never gonna work anyway.
