Best Strategies for LinkedIn Outreach?

I have been building and selling AI Agents for customer support over the past years and was only doing automations for myself.

Now I want to become a proper AI agency and start selling automations etc. aswell.

I want to land smaller projects first (about $200/m and above), building the automations and only charging if the people want to continue using them after trying them out.

How would you approach doing LinkedIn Outreach if you were in my shoes to land these projects?

LinkedIn profile already a few years old and consistently active in posting and commenting, have already done outreach with it in the past
Niche: SMB (general at first, will niche down when I see who I can get the best results for)
Offer: Automations and Agents (will niche down when I found what I can help people with best)
Experience: Built Agents with Voiceflow and some N8N automations - would say I'm intermediate
