Beginner AI Agency business question.
Hey guys,
I am 19 years old ,just done with business setup of my AI Agency.
Now the thing is I am not the only one creating this Agency I have 2 other friends as a Co- founder along with me.
So I had a question how do I operate this thing as a Co -founder and CEO when we get a client ?
Do I have to equally share the profits with those 2 with the rule of 10% commission to one who gets the client?
Please enlighten me a bit about this and tell me what i am missing, this is my first time starting a business so I don't want any problems when we scale up as we are building this together from 0.
Help would be appreciated 🙏
