Be honest, how are you actually using AI in your business right now

There are a lot of big promises around AI.

But inside real businesses, here is what I keep seeing

• Some owners do not touch it at all, they think it is still “in the future”.

• Some use ChatGPT for copy or ideas, then go back to the same manual workflows.

• A few have started to build real systems, for example AI answering enquiries, qualifying leads, sending follow ups and updating their tools.

I am curious where you really are, not where you think you should be.
