Most people jump into automation trying to build something big
Complex flows
Too many tools
Too much logic
What I’ve seen work better is starting boring and practical
Pick one repetitive task you already do every day
Build automation only for that
Measure time saved not how cool it looks

Follow up reminders
Data moving between tools
Once that works you stack the next one
Automation isn’t about replacing humans
It’s about protecting focus
