anyone here work with real estate agents or actually is one?

im targeting realtors as my niche and want to know what their actual pain points are day to day - not just the obvious stuff you read in articles but the real things that actually bother them and cost them money

also what automations have you found actually work well in this space? ive been looking at speed to lead and database reactivation but wondering if theres something more obvious im missing

any input from people who have actually worked with agents or built systems for them would be helpful
