Am I solving a real problem or wasting my time? Honest opinions needed

Hey everyone 👋 Working on something for Indian healthcare clinics and need honest feedback from builders here.

THE PROBLEM: When a dental clinic misses a patient call — nothing happens. No follow-up. No WhatsApp. Patient books the next clinic. Revenue gone. From my research, 5-8 missed calls daily is common and most leads just go cold with zero follow-up.

MY SOLUTION (not delivered yet — still idea stage): Auto WhatsApp sent within 5 minutes of every missed call. Patient replies. Appointment booked. Zero manual work for the clinic.

VALIDATION SO FAR: Called 10 clinics — 5 had zero follow-up system. Dentists confirmed "leads go cold." Zero paying clients. Still building.

PRICING: ₹8,000/month self-serve — no sales calls needed.

MY QUESTIONS: Is this a real problem worth building? WhatsApp vs Voice AI — which works better for India? Is ₹8,000/month the right price for Indian clinics? And how did you get your first 3 clients?
