Hey community! I am on Day 3 of an intense week building custom AI skills for the 7 Day AIS Challenge. Using the Skills Builder framework inside VS Code, I developed a system that runs specialized tasks tailored to specific workflows.
Here is a breakdown of what I've built so far by Day 3, how they perform, and the exact game plan to level them up:
🏋️♂️ 1. Interactive Gym Workout Trainer (/gym) — Status: Working Great!
This is the strongest skill of the bunch. It runs a smart, one-question-at-a-time conversational interview to understand a user's fitness level, equipment, and injuries. Instead of just printing plain text, it outputs a highly custom, interactive HTML "IRON BLUEPRINT" 4-Week Hypertrophy Dashboard featuring live progress tracking, structural deloads, and a built-in "Hype Mode".
🎬 2. Video Content Creator Skill — Status: High Potential
This skill is highly specialized for digital creation. It takes broad topics and instantly structures them into engaging, high-retention video formats—complete with targeted hooks and optimized scripts (like the automated script it generated on "Why AI is Important").
🌐 3. Website Promo Video Generator — Status: In Development
This skill interprets a digital brief and attempts to programmatically script and render an .mp4 promotional video for a website. To be fully transparent, this one is not at best quality yet. The rendering logic and visual timing still need a lot of work before it meets a professional standard.
📈 The Day 3 Improvement Plan
The ultimate goal moving forward from Day 3 is to use the Video Content Creator skill as the engine to upgrade the other two. I am currently editing the underlying references and prompt frameworks so that:
- The core writing power of the Content Creator skill will refine the interactive workout cues generated by the Gym Trainer.
- It will inject much better storytelling, sharper hooks, and superior pacing into the Website Promo Video Generator to dramatically lift its output quality.
