AIS Support: Still waiting to access course. PLEASE REPLY.

I'm not getting any support on the AIS Support page or any reply from emails, so I'm posting a copy here. Hopefully somebody will notice. I paid for a course and the link I was sent does not work. The page says, "Corrupted Content Error." I am simply asking for delivery of the course for which I paid. That AIS is has not responded is troubling.

What is going on here Nate??? I have been writing every day for the last three, going on four days now. I purchased the One Person AI Automation course for $99; the link worked for a few days then broke. Now, I cannot access the course. This is after AIS tried to charge an extra $599 to my credit card for some kind of membership that I never attempted to purchase. (That was refunded, but now this.) See below. I’ve been writing to support for three days (via Skool) and I haven’t heard back. The link to the course I purchased (below) no longer works. As you can see, your email states, “That link always takes you straight to your course.” Please send me access so I don’t have to waste our time disputing the charge.

David, the link to the course I purchased is still broken, it's been 4 days, and still nobody at AIS has responded.
