Hey guys, this is my first post in this community. I'm new here and want to start off being active, feel free to reach out if you want to connect!

I've been building out an AIOS for a while now for my own agency. I've signed three clients in total, lost one, and have $500 MRR right now. Netting $1500 from a separate one off project. (newsletter automation)

I found myself getting sucked into building my AIOS, often times not optimizing things that would impact real business results. Very curious what everyone else is using it for and where you guys are seeing the most leverage. Would love to hear some thoughts, thanks!
