AI Voice receptionist, setup, stack, cost?

Hey everyone 👋

I'm building out an AI voice receptionist service for local businesses (clinics, aesthetics, restaurants) and I need to nail down my stack.

Would love to hear from anyone who's already offering this as a service:

1. What's your voice AI backend?

Vapi, ElevenLabs Conversational AI, Retell AI, Bland AI, Synthflow or something else? And are you happy with it, or looking to switch?

2. Do you offer clients a front-end dashboard/?

Can your clients log in and see call logs, call recordings, transcripts, booking details? Or do you just send them a summary report? If you've built a dashboard, what did you build it with?

3. How are you handling telephony for UK numbers?

Twilio seems to be the default but the regulatory bundle approval is taking time. Anyone using Telnyx, Vonage, or something else that's faster for UK numbers?

4. What does your full stack look like end to end?

From the call coming in → AI handling it → data logged → client notified. Curious how people are connecting the pieces, are you using n8n, Make, or custom code for the automation layer?

Not looking to copy anyone's setup, just trying to avoid spending another two weeks going down the wrong path. Any direction appreciated 🙏
