Hi I’m an e-commerce business owner.
I’m not good on n8n but have a systems based mindset.
Looking for an AI / n8n automation legend to build a voice-controlled workflow system.
Goal:
Connect Notion + Asana APIs + shopify to an AI-powered verbal interface so I can speak tasks, updates, and commands — and have them automatically logged, structured, and executed.
What I need:
• n8n workflow setup
• Notion API integration (create/update databases, structured logging)
• Asana API integration (create tasks, assign, update status, etc.)
• Voice → AI → structured output → action pipeline
• Clean, scalable architecture (not a messy hack)
Bonus if you:
• Understand prompt structuring for reliable outputs
• Think in systems, not just automations
• Can help design the logic layer properly
This is for a real business use case — not a toy project.
