AI Knowledge & Document Management query

Can anyone recommend best AI for file management within a 20 pax team? If they are having to find documents in different places, would Notion be the best to store everything due to its search abilities? I don't think Obsidian could work for a full team (and is it only md files?). They could also use Granola to send meeting notes to Notion as well. Thanks in advance.
