AI isn’t replacing jobs—it’s replacing tasks. The difference is everything.
Everywhere we look, people panic about AI replacing entire professions. But if you look closely, AI doesn’t actually take jobs—it eats away at the repetitive, the formulaic, the boring.
That leaves one big question for us: what happens when the only thing left for humans is the hard stuff?
  • Complex decisions with real consequences
  • Emotional intelligence and persuasion
  • Unstructured problem-solving
I believe the real competition won’t be “AI vs humans.” It’ll be humans who know how to use AI vs humans who don’t.
So here’s a challenge to AIS:Instead of asking “what jobs will AI replace,” let’s ask: what skills become 10x more valuable in a world where AI automates the rest?
I’ll start with my take: the ability to ask the right questions will be more important than the ability to have the right answers.
What’s yours?
