AI Automation in HR - My journey so far

First of all, I am delighted to have come across this community.

kudos to you for building something so helpful.

Furthermore, I am a Global Executive Search and HR professional who was an early adopter of ChatGPT and have been trying to utilize AI within my processes. While I was working within a large corporation, it was difficult as big corporate tends to be very risk-averse and limit the things they don't know.

Having said that, in October 2025, I set up my own consultancy, and I have been implementing AI Automation processes to empower my company's growth. So far, it's been an exciting journey, but I have to be honest, I sometimes fall down a rabbit hole of trying to develop some crazy and complex ideas.

Nevertheless, this is a journey I feel fortunate to be on.

I am curious to hear your experiences. Is anyone else in a similar boat?
