Most clients think a website is the finish line. It's not even the starting line. I see this every week.
Someone spends good money on a website. Looks clean, loads fast, has all the right pages. They sent it to me proudly. Then I ask, how are people finding it?
Silence.
A website with no traffic is just a fancy PDF nobody opens. It sits there looking good while the business still struggles to get clients. The website is not the solution. It's the foundation. You still need outreach. SEO. Ads. Social. Something that actually pushes people toward it. I build websites too. But the first thing I tell every client is this alone won't get you, clients. This is just where we send them after they're already interested. If your website has been live for months and nobody is coming, the website is not the problem.
The traffic is.
Fix that first.
