One thing I’ve been reflecting on since joining this community is how different everyone’s definition of “progress” is.
For some, progress means:
mastering tools
building complex workflows
experimenting with agents
For others, it’s:
simplifying systems
reducing moving parts
focusing on repeatable outcomes
Neither is right or wrong, but I’ve noticed that momentum often comes when people intentionally decide what progress means for them right now, instead of following what looks impressive.
AI automation gives us a lot of options. Sometimes the real skill is choosing what not to work on.
I’m curious to hear from both new and experienced members:
At your current stage, what does “real progress” look like for you?
