First challenge submission done! 🙌
On Day 1, Nate taught us how to build an AI agent that: finds a news article, writes one email, and sends it through Gmail. Simple and powerful.
I built it exactly like that… and then I couldn't resist taking it further 👇
💻 What the class covered:
1 topic → find news → 1 email → send. Done.
🏆 What I built on top:
✅ From news → to TIPS: I turned it into a value-driven newsletter (personal branding for Realtors), evergreen content instead of news.
✅ From 1 email → to a full weekly plan: I give it one topic and it generates the 7 emails for the week (Monday to Sunday).
✅ A control center in Google Sheets: the whole plan is stored and editable in a sheet, not lost in the chat.
✅ A phased approval system: first I approve the ideas, then the copy, then the HTML. Nothing gets sent without my green light.
✅ My own custom design: I defined a brandboard and the agent builds every email in HTML following that visual identity.
The pro part (architecture): the AI only reasons through ideas and text; the HTML is built by Python code, making it more reliable and consistent.
Next upgrade 🔧: once an email is approved, the agent will load it into my CRM (GoHighLevel) on its own and fire it off right there, with me just telling it which segment to send it to. Zero copy-paste.
Drop a 👍 if you want me to share the next update with the CRM (GoHighLevel) integration. 👇
