Cross-referenced all 4. Built a dashboard.
Biggest takeaway? Everyone's building AI writers. Nobody's building the thing that stops those AI writers from getting you sued. California made AI-altered listing photos a misdemeanor this year. Agents spend $0 on compliance tools.
That's the gap.
