Hey everyone, quick question for the agency owners working with dentists — or in similar “sophisticated owner” niches like medspas, chiros, etc.
I’m rebuilding my agency from scratch (I previously ran a medspa agency) and I’m starting fresh in the dental niche.
My question is: how are you closing high-value treatments without having a dedicated call center?
For example:
- Are you relying fully on the clinic’s front desk?
- Are you pre-qualifying leads yourself?
- Are you using deposits or education funnels to keep show rates high?
- What kind of offer/angle helped you scale before you had a call center in place?
I’m planning to eventually build a call center, but right now I’m scaling with paid ads and want to understand what actually works at the early stages.
Any advice or insights would help a ton — really appreciate it.
