- Used a Google Form to log every warm lead (2 fields only: Name + Follow-up Date).
- Synced form with Make.com to trigger daily reminders.
- GPT auto-drafted follow-up messages tailored to the last convo.
- Messages sent manually, but with 80% done already.
System took <30 mins to build. Bookings doubled.
