You’ll play a key role inside one of the top AI Sales & Marketing agencies, helping manage client communication, internal workflows, and project execution across multiple departments. This is a hybrid role that combines Executive Assistance, Project Management, light Creative tasks, and Client Operations. What You’ll Do (Daily Responsibilities)Client & Communication Support - Attend client calls and document action items. - Manage our Slack channels and keep all communication organized and up to date. - Communicate with contractors, clarify deliverables, and ensure tasks stay on schedule. - Provide updates to clients when needed and maintain a professional, friendly tone.
