Winner!
I wanted to give a big hand to @Sequoia Patterson and congratulate him for finishing both challenges we've had so far. The 30 day Plank Challenge and the Mobility & Balance Challenge. Well done and thank you for sticking with it for both of them. Next up is the Deadhang Challenge, for those wanting to join in, all you have to do is check in once a day to see what the activity is in the daily Deadhang Challenge post here and follow along for the 4 weeks of the Challenge. Let's work on our spine and our longevity.

Happy New Year. The new year is always a good time to set new goals or maybe you already had some goals you were working on that you are trying to achieve this year. Let us know what your goals are in the comments. Remember, when you write them down you make them real and you’ll have people here that will support you on your journey. So what are your goals??
What’s your win this week? 💪
Wednesday Win time! Share your recent win down bellow. A race you ran, a goal you achieved, a course you finished. What did you do this past week that helped you forward? My win is that I lauched Ageless Runners and got to see a lot of fun people join our community this week. 🥳🥳💪💪🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
Strength & Mobility Program
Today's win is that the Full Strength & Mobility Program is now live for everybody on the Premium plan. 🥳🥳 So now the basics are there and I'm happy to see we have 10 members in the community now. Next week we will launch and open up the community to other runners, so looking forward to that. If you have gone through the 'Injury Proofing 101' course and the Phase 2 videos, go check out the Strength & Mobility Program. I would love to hear what you think.

Share Your Win of the Week—Big or Small!
Welcome, Ageless Runners! This category is the most important one in our community: it’s where we celebrate WINS, no matter how big or small. In Ageless Running, we celebrate everything from a new marathon personal record (PR) to a completely pain-free long run. If it made you feel like a more confident, resilient runner, it counts! My First Win for the Group: My win this week is that I finished filming and editing our entire Injury-Proofing 101 course! That's a huge win for the community because it means every single one of you now has a clear blueprint for running without pain. Your Turn! Drop Your Win Below: To start us off, what's your win from the last 7 days? • Did you finally nail the Single-Leg Squat from the free course? • Did you consistently hit three strength sessions this week? • Did you run a Personal Best in a race, or just on your local route? • Did you finally feel zero knee pain on your last run? Drop your win in the comments below! Let's get this category rocking and use it as fuel for the week ahead! 💪
