Every Monday at 8:00 AM EST, I’ll be going LIVE on Zoom from my living room for a short 7-minute movement session and a pep-talk to get your week started..
We’ll do simple Tai Chi-inspired exercises together to wake up our bodies, improve circulation, and start the day with energy.
