I know there's more nuaced settings in the Content Genius settings, but I went ahead and asked the team as I wanted the most precise answer I could possibly give you, so this is what they answered in the private Search Theory channel: "Nitin Bhardwaj: Hi Julian! Yes, you can definitely go beyond Knowledge Graph data when training Content Genius in Search Atlas. The system lets you input detailed business and SEO signals that shape how the AI writes. On the business side, you can set things like domain, niche, website purpose, audience, geolocation, business intent, and company background. This helps the model understand your positioning and search intent. On the content side, you can configure tone of voice, style, length, metadata, FAQs, hero images, microsemantic refiners, and even terms you want excluded. You can also preload global internal and external links, which is useful for authority flow and topical depth. There are also publishing integrations with WordPress and Shopify so content is created with the right categories, structure, and formatting ready to go. In short, you are not limited to Knowledge Graph info. Let me know if y'all have any more questions around Search Atlas, we're very bullish on this tool in the way it's features are aligned to what machines look for when crawling and it's aligment with topical maps and authority building is really useful, we feel like we're just scratching the surface on the depth of things that you can achieve without the technical expertise, mostly the right setup.

Great news: I got an invite to Perplexity Comet! Thanks to a good friend 🔥 SO, I could be running my own experiments... -BUT- The most useful thing is to let you choose what kind of things we should try on -Perplexity Comet- So we can find out what kind of things we should look for in this new era of Agentic Browsers. --------------------------- 🤔 Remember, in the age of AI your site has to be accessible, clear and authoritative enough for AI to: 1-Retrieve your business DATA. 2-Understand WHAT your business does and WHO it serves, clearly. 3-Validate your Authority IN and OUT of your website to include your business in your customer's answers and brand recommendations. That's clear, but also it has to allow not only for user interaction but for 🤖 Agentic interaction! And this is just some brand-new space to explore, I've already experienced some roadblocks: ✖️-Perplexity Comet couldn't interact with past GROK chats because the platform wouldn't show my agentic browser my content unles I was the one logging-in and clicking the buttons! ✖️-Perplexity Comet could interact with my Gmail and Calendar through the proper permissions but couldn't get actions performed in Google's workspace Docs or Sheets! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, don't hold back and ask away!

Looking for a Potential Technical Partner
@Dan Cunningham and I jammed the other day on AEO for his business. For context, Dan is one of our clients at Better Than Rich and we're helping him with his operations overall. We've got him into GHL, updated his site, improved his internal comms, etc. but one nut we've yet to entirely crack the AEO/SEO nut. Dan and I are both experimental visionaries and the idea from his side is - How can I be ahead of the curve on AEO especially in the greater Toronto area? - and the idea from my side is - How might we envelop AEO type services into what we're already doing? - so the long-term benefit of finding someone to support is using Dan's business as a guinea pig is to figure out how we might take what we're learning in the community, apply it, learn further, iterate, rinse, repeat, etc.......you get the idea. If it works out, I have 10 clients right behind Dan in line it's just he's the only one bold (naive 😁) enough to jump and trust a net will appear. The challenge is that neither Dan nor I feel competent on the technical end so if someone is interested in an experimental use-case, we'd love to raise our hands and see what might be out there. Let us know if you're interested and let's set up a 3-way (spicy 🌶️) to see what a win-win-win might look like.
