Tracking Ranking Data Across Multiple Engines

I believe you guys are doing some type of daily search across a variety of different key terms and then logging it on a Google Sheet. We'd like to start to do something similar in our industry, plumbing and HVAC contractors. We'd literally just keep a running log of certain keywords in major markets to show how the results are trending. I wonder if that can be done through an AI agent of some sort, or if that is something that has to be manually searched across the different platforms?
